Glaser was named to the Academic All-American second team by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). He was a neuroscience major at Middlebury, boasting a 3.73 grade point average.
Glaser, the 2013 NESCAC Rookie of the Year, was a four-time All-NESCAC selection after notching first-team accolades his first three seasons. Despite missing five matches in 2016 due to injury, he led the Panther offense with 18 points on six goals and six assists. Glaser's six assists tied him for second among his conference peers, while his point total was fifth. He recorded at least one point in six matches in 2016, including a five-point output via two goals and an assist on September 21. He was named the NESCAC Player of the Week on September 26, scoring three goals and assisting on a fourth in a 2-0 week.
The four-year starting forward became the program's all-time leader in points (93) with his two goals in a victory on October 12, 2016. Glaser graduated owning two of the three prominent career scoring records. In addition to becoming the points leader earlier in the 2016 campaign, he graduated as the program's record holder with 29 assists and was tied for second with 32 goals. He and his teammates completed a 10-4-3 season in 2016, advancing to the NESCAC semifinals.
